Direct Deposit Changes

To keep our employees bank account information safe, the district will only make changes to direct deposits if the employee mails in a new form.  Forms can be found on the district website under Departments>Fiscal Services>Payroll>Google Drive

Please be sure to check your data to make sure all of your personal information is up to date. To update your information on the green toolbar click on "Self Service", then Profile.  This will show the current information we have on file.  To change the information, click on Modify , the system will then ask for the last four digits of your social security number for verification. Once verified, you can update the information.  Once updated, the information will then be submitted and approved on the payroll side.  


Due to Covid-19 (Corona Virus) Oregon City School District school buildings and departments are closed to all public.  Please call the department you need to schedule an appointment.
